At Stage Nine Entertainment, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
